How to Make Detox Juice?
With an electric juicer (I prefer an eletric juicer), you just add the ingredients and process into juice.
Each detox juice recipe below is made the same way:
Step 1 – Wash all ingredients well and pat dry.
Step 2 – Cut fruit and vegetables into 1-2 inch chunks. Remove any peels.
Step 3 – Place all ingredients in a juicer.
Step 4 – Process into juice.
1- Detox Green Juice
This detox juice is great to cleanse and detoxify the body, and it’s also super delicious!
- 2 red apples (peeled if not organic)
- 1/2 pineapple
- 2 lemons
- 3 cups spinach (90 g)
2- Cucumber Ginger Detox Water
This cucumber Ginger Detox water works wonders for the weight loss.
- 8 glasses of water
- 1 tbsp grated ginger root
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 12 leaves of mint
Peel and cut the cucumber into slices. Slice the lemon as well. Put all the ingredients in water. Store the water in a glass jar overnight in a fridge. Drink this water throughout the day. You can refill it two to three times.
