  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter melted (but not hot)
  • 4 larged eggs
  • 1 Orange zest and juice
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • stevia syrup or other sweetener to taste

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350.º F or 175.º C.
  2. Mix together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add stevia to taste.
  3. Pour into muffins pan and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
Recipe Notes

For PALEO or DAIRY-FREE you can replace the butter with coconut oil.
