  • 3 larged eggs
  • 1 Orange zest and juice
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup low carb sweetener I prefer Swerve
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350.º F or 175.º C.
  2. Mix together all dry ingredients to a bowl.
  3. Then put the wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and mix it very well.
  4. Pour into muffins pan and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
Recipe Notes

For PALEO or DAIRY-FREE you can replace the butter with coconut oil.
