Egg roll in a bowl is also known as “crack slaw”, and Asian Dish, turned into a Keto dish, without the wrappers… There is no egg called for in this recipe because egg rolls aren’t traditionally filled with eggs. The name actually comes from the wrapper – it’s traditionally made with egg, flour, and water!
Everyone loves the Crack Slaw because they make a great snack or starter for any Asian-style meal. An egg roll bowl is simply everything you fill an egg roll with, minus the wrappers.
