They’re unbelievably quick and easy to make. They are chocked full of protein and so tasty.
If you follow a ketogenic diet plan, you probably know that fat bombs are easy snacks high in healthy fats and very low in carbs and protein. They are great for those who find it difficult to include more healthy fats in their diet.
Often I make milkshakes, yogurt with chia seeds, fresh fruit, and muesli, omelets, stuffed fruit, pancakes or waffles for breakfast. These days we have so many alternatives so we can have a varied breakfast. One thing I do regularly is these energy balls. They are perfect to eat as a morning snack or afternoon.
I love them because it’s so easy to make a batch ahead of time and pop them in the freezer and just pull them out whenever we need a quick snack.
They are so fantastic because they can be healthy and at the same time satisfy the desire for something sweet. They are a perfect marriage between dates and coconut.
It can kill hunger, between meals, or for a boost of energy when we go to the gym or go for a walk. They are also great for carrying in a box and always have at hand in the desk drawer at our workplace. I love this kind of balls and I´m going to leave you these energy balls recipe.
