I made these Coconut Matcha Energy Balls because sometimes I need a sweet snack to get through my day. Plus, coconut and matcha are delicious.

- Coconut oil (melted)
- Light Coconut Milk (canned)
- Liquid Stevia Extract
- Matcha Powder
- Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- Almond flour
How to make Keto Matcha Coconut Balls
- Microwave coconut oil at 10-second intervals, stirring between each one until melted.
- Blend everything together in a food processor. Process for 45–60 seconds at a time, scraping down the sides in between.
- Shape into 1″ balls. Store in the refrigerator.
