Ingredients
  • 1pound Chicken Tenderloins
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 1tbsp honeynatural zero sugar honey
  • 1/2tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2tbsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp paprika
  • 1tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
  2. Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and mix to coat evenly. Let the tenders sit in the marinade for 15 minutes if you have time.
  5. Arrange the chicken tenderloins in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving any extra marinade behind in the bowl. Air fry for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
