Best Cranberry & White Chocolate Cookies
These Cranberry White Chocolate Chip cookies are soft-baked and chewy, combining sweet white chocolate morsels with tart dried cranberries.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2cup orange juice
  • 3cups flour
  • 1 1/2cup brown sugar
  • 1cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1/2tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1cup buttermilk
  • 2/3cup buttermelted
  • 1tbsp orange zest
Instructions
  1. Combine dried cranberries and orange juice ingredients in small bowl. Let stand for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain.
  2. Get the oven preheating to 375°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Combine flour, brown sugar, white chocolate chips, chopped macadamia nuts, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Stir, then make a well in the center.
  4. Beat remaining 4 ingredients (egg, buttermilk, melted butter and orange zest) with whisk in separate small bowl. Pour into well. Add cranberries. Stir until just combined.
  5. Use a medium cookie scoop to portion about 1 1/2 TBSP dough, about 2 inches apart onto parchment lined cookie sheets.
  6. Bake in 375°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes until golden. Let stand on cookie sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool. Serve and enjoy!
