Ingredients
  • 600g ground beef
  • 1tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 1tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Mix together all ingredients gently. You don’t want to mush and mash it.
  2. Divide into 4 equal patties. Form into patties.
  3. Heat your grill to high. Brush each patty with a little olive oil on each side to ensure it will not stick.
  4. Grill or cook in cast iron skillet for 2 minutes each side.
