Ingredients
  • 4 chicken legs
  • 4tbsp olive oilor avocado oil
  • 1tsp Black Pepper
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp smoked paprika
  • 1tsp dried oreganoor thyme
  • 1/2tsp cayenne pepperoptional
  • 1tbsp Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the chicken legs with olive oil and all your seasonings until well coated.
  4. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 10–12 minutes.
  5. Chicken should reach an internal temp of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Rest for 5 minutes before serving to keep the juices in.
