American Goulash is an easy, one-pot, classic comfort food made with ground beef, tomatoes, and macaroni noodles that comes together in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1cup diced onion
  • 1 red bell pepperdiced
  • 2 garlic clovediced
  • 2cans tomato sauce
  • 3cups beef broth
  • 3tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2tsp Sea Salt
  • 2tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2cups dried macaroni
  • 1cup mozzarella cheeseor cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Add olive oil to a large pot over medium-high heat. Add in the onion, bell pepper, and ground beef then cook until beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat and return the pot to stovetop. Add in garlic and stir until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  2. Pour in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, bay leaves and dried macaroni noodles. Stir and bring mixture to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to a light boil and stir occasionally until the pasta is tender about 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the bay leaves and stir in the cheddar cheese just before serving. Enjoy!
