Ingredients
Homemade Chocolate Pudding
  • 1can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4cup cornstarch
  • 1/8tsp Sea Salt
  • 3cups milk
  • 2tbsp butterat room temperature
  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract
Cheesecake Layer
  • 8oz Cream Cheese
  • 4oz Heavy Cream
  • 1cup powdered sugar
  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract
To the Top
  • 1package crushed Oreo Cookies
  • 1/2cup colured coconut
Instructions
Homemade Chocolate Pudding
  1. In a saucepan, stir together sweetened condensed milk, cocoa, cornstarch and salt.
  2. Place over medium heat, and stir in milk. Bring to a boil, and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon.
  3. Remove from heat, and stir in butter and vanilla. Place in the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Let cool in the refrigerator.
Cheesecake layer
  1. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
Assemble
  1. Remove the chocolate pudding pan from the fridge and spread the cheesecake over the chocolate pudding.
  2. Crush a package of Oreos and place over the cheesecake. Sprinkle with green colored coconut and decorate with your favorite M&M’s.
  3. 3. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
