Easy Homemade Salad – Keto, Paleo, Whole30 Recipe
This is my everyday salad recipe – perfect for serving as a side or main dish. And it’s keto, paleo, vegan and whole30. Simple and easy!

  • 1 head red-leaf lettucechopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1cup arugula
  • 2cup red cabbageshredded
  • 2 tomatoeschoped
Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1/3cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4cup red-wine vinegar
  • 1tsp Italian seasoningstore-bought
  • 1/2tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4tsp garlic powder
  1. First, make the vinaigrette dressing. Combine all of the ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake until ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Add all ingredients together in a large bowl, and toss until evenly combined.  Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan cheese if desired.
