Ingredients
  • 8slices baconchopped
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlicminced
  • 1large Head Cabbageshredded
  • 1/2tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2tsp paprika
Instructions
  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Transfer bacon to a plate with a slotted spoon. Do not discard bacon drippings.
  3. Sauté the onion in the bacon grease until the onion caramelizes (about 5 minutes). Add the garlic and cook until fragrant (30 seconds).
  4. Add the cabbage to the pan. Season cabbage and onions with salt, paprika, and pepper. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, until cabbage is tender.
  5. Mix bacon into the cabbage to warm through and serve.
