Ingredients
  • 6tbsp oat flour
  • 1 1/2cup egg whites
  • 2tbsp almond milk
  • 2tbsp maple syrupor honey
  • 1tsp baking powder
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine the oat flour, egg whites, maple syrup, and baking powder.
  2. Allow blending until the mixture is as smooth as you want it and blended well.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry spoonfuls of the batter until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup and fresh fruit of your choice.
