Ingredients
  • 1lb ground beef
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 2tbsp tomato paste
  • 1tsp dijon mustard
  • 2ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/2cup beef broth
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2tsp onion powder
  • 1/2tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4tsp Sea Salt
  • 1cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1tbsp smoked paprika
Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and olive oil. .
  2. Add the ground beef and onion. Brown the meat.
  3. Add the tomato paste, Dijon mustard, Smoked paprika, cream cheese, broth and spices stirring until the cream cheese has melted and a sauce has formed.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and top with cheddar cheese.
  5. Cover the skillet and cook on low for 5-7 minutes until cheese is completely melted.
