Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 avocadoripe
  • 1/2cup buttermelted
  • 6tbsp peanut butter
  • 2tbsp baking powder
  • 2/3cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2cup coconut flour
  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2cup low carb sweetener
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
  2. Grease an 8”-x-8” square pan with butter or coconut oil and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
  3. Peel the avocados. Place in a food processor. Process until smooth.
  4. Add each ingredient into a bowl, one at the time and mix it with a stand mixer until well combined.
  5. Transfer batter to prepared baking pan and smooth top with a spatula.
  6. Bake until brownies are soft but not at all wet to the touch, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool about 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
