Ingredients
  • 2cups full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2cup natural peanut butter
  • 2tbsp powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 2tbsp Heavy Creamoptional for extra creaminess
Instructions
  1. Add cottage cheese, peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla, and salt to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
