Easy Keto Muffins – Keto Snacks and Desserts
These low carb keto muffins are perfect as one of your Keto breakfast recipes. They are easy to make and healthy. They have such an amazing orange flavor. Ketogenic diet recipes can be fast! Try this low carb keto dessert or use them as Keto snacks when you need energy during the day! I used almond flour but you can replace it with coconut flour as well and stay fit on your Keto diet!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Buttermelted (but not hot)
  • 3 larged eggs
  • 1 Orange zest and juice
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 3/4cup low carb sweetenerI prefer Swerve
  • 1/4cup coconut flour
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350.º F or 175.º C.
  2. Mix together all dry ingredients to a bowl.
  3. Then put the wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and mix it very well.
  4. Pour into muffins pan and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
Recipe Notes

For PALEO or DAIRY-FREE you can replace the butter with coconut oil.
