Low Carb Pizza
This low carb pizza dough it’s keto-friendly, gluten-free, grain-free, and quickly becomes the holy grail of low-carb crusts. It tastes amazing and is so simple to make!

Ingredients
  • 2cup almond flour
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tap water
  • 1 larged egg
  • 1/2tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pepperoni peppers, cherry tomatoes, olives, ground/mince beef, mushrooms, herbsfor topping
  • mozzarella
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F / 175 C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together (almond flour, sea salt, baking powder) in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Add the wet ingredients (egg, olive oil and water) stirring to form a thick dough. You can use a food processor.
  4. Grease your hands with oil and form 2 dough balls.
  5. Bake your pizza crust for 7 minutes until slightly browned. Allow to cool about 20 minutes to form a crunchy crust.
  6. Spread with Marinara Sauce.
  7. Top with toppings and place back in the oven or broiler for a few minutes to cook the toppings.
