Ingredients
  • 1/2cup coconut milkcanned
  • 1/2cup coconut oil
  • 1cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1tbsp liquid Stevia
  • 1tbsp Matcha powder
  • 4tbsp almond flour
Instructions
  1. Microwave coconut oil at 10-second intervals, stirring between each one until melted.
  2. Blend everything together in a food processor. Process for 45–60 seconds at a time, scraping down the sides in between.
  3. Shape into 1″ balls. Store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
