Instructions
Start by placing 3 tablespoons of chia seeds into your preferred bowl or jar.Food
Wash and hull 1 cup of fresh strawberries, then chop them into small pieces.
Pour in 1 cup of your chosen milk – almond, coconut, or regular milk all work well.
Stir in 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup to sweeten the mixture naturally.
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to give it a lovely, aromatic flavor.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, ensuring the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Let the mixture sit for just a few minutes.
Stir once more to prevent any clumping and ensure a smooth texture.
Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally, overnight, allowing it to thicken into a delicious pudding.
