Ingredients
  • 3.5ounces chicken breast
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1tsp Black Pepper
  • 2tbsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp sweet paprika
  • 1tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 1tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large ziplock bag.
  2. Add chicken to the bag and place the closed ziplock bag in a large bowl and put in the fridge.
  3. Marinade for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium. Drop the temperature down to medium-low and place chicken on the grill and cook for 5-8 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Recipe Notes

 I do not add any extra salt to my chicken marinade because salt will dry the chicken out. ALWAYS salt the chicken AFTER you grill it to ensure. It will need a good bit of salt after it is done.
