Ingredients
  • 4tbsp butter
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 2cup button mushrooms
  • 2tbsp dry white wine
  • 1tbsp fresh rosemarychopped
  • 2 cloves garlicminced
  • Salt and Pepperto taste
  • 1tbsp parsley
Instructions
  1. Scrub out all the dirt from mushrooms carefully and wash them clean.
  2. Heat the butter and oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges.
  4. Pour in the wine and cook for 2 minutes, to reduce slightly. Stir garlic, 1 tablespoon rosemary, and parsley. Cook for a further 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  5. Season generously with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with remaining parsley and serve warm.
