- 600 g ground beef
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 egg

Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients gently. You don't want to mush and mash it.
- Divide into 4 equal patties. Form into patties.
- Heat your grill to high. Brush each patty with a little olive oil on each side to ensure it will not stick.
- Grill or cook in cast iron skillet for 2 minutes each side.
Best burger I have ever made. Only changes I made was to ditch the cheese and use garlic salt. So juicy. So delicious. Great recipe and perfect directions even at high altitude. Made mine on the foreman grill. Kudos. A+
