                - 2 tbsp butter
 - 2 pounds sirloin steak cut into cubes
 - 1/2 diced onion
 - 6 ounces white mushrooms sliced
 - 1 tsp minced garlic
 - 1 tsp dried thyme
 - 1 tsp Sea Salt
 - 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
 - 1 cup beef broth
 - 1 tbsp dijon mustard
 - 1 cup Heavy Cream
 - 1/2 cup sour cream
 - 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

    Instructions
    
                - Heat butter to medium-high heat in a large skillet.
 - Season the steak with salt and pepper.
 - Add the meat to the pan, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until browned. Remove from the pan and allow to rest.
 - Add the onion, mushrooms, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, until the onion has softened. Reduce heat to medium.
 - Add broth, heavy cream, and mustard Dijon mustard and cook for 5 to 8 minutes, until thickened. Whisk.
 - Return the beef to the pan, add nutmeg and simmer for 5 more minutes.
 - Stir in sour cream and cook until heated through, being careful not to allow it to boil.
