  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and creamy.
  3. Mix in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir until combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. For thicker cookies, chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
