Curry Chicken Wings Recipe
These oven-baked chicken wings are so delicious. This recipe brings us the Indian flavors through the curry taste. It can be a keto or paleo dish. This is a very tasty way to make wings.

  • 16 Chicken Wings
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Curry
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • fresh coriander leaves chopped
Vegetables
  • 1 Head Cabbage medium
  • 1 Carrot big
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Brot
  • water as needed

Instructions
Chicken
  1. Cut the tips from the wings and clean them.
  2. In a small bowl whisk chili pepper, garlic, olive oil, curry, salt, pepper, Worcestershire and soya sauce. Mix well to combine.
  3. Transfer the sauce to a roasting tray. Place the chicken into it and turning them in the sauce to coat.
  4. Place in the fridge for 4 hours or preferably overnight for best flavor.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180ÂșC .
  6. Bake in the hot oven for 40 minutes.
Vegetables
  1. Meanwhile, coarsely chop the cabbage. Add the chopped cabbage and carrots to the pan with water, 1/2 cup of chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cover the pot tightly and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes or until the cabbage is tender.
  3. Serve the chicken wings with cabbage and carrots.
