Homemade Chocolate Pudding
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
- 3 cups milk
- 2 tbsp butter at room temperature
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Cheesecake Layer
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 4 oz Heavy Cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
To the Top
- 1 package crushed Oreo Cookies
- 1/2 cup colured coconut

Homemade Chocolate Pudding
- In a saucepan, stir together sweetened condensed milk, cocoa, cornstarch and salt.
- Place over medium heat, and stir in milk. Bring to a boil, and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon.
- Remove from heat, and stir in butter and vanilla. Place in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Let cool in the refrigerator.
Cheesecake layer
- In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
Assemble
- Remove the chocolate pudding pan from the fridge and spread the cheesecake over the chocolate pudding.
- Crush a package of Oreos and place over the cheesecake. Sprinkle with green colored coconut and decorate with your favorite M&M's.
- 3. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
