I choose to include in this recipe a mushroom gravy because I just love mushrooms. The mushrooms gravy recipe is a combination of sliced mushrooms, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. This is such a silky tasty mushroom sauce. Each ingredient makes an essential role to make every steak even more tasty and tender.

First, you will need a grill to make this recipe, and I must say to you that I love this grill that I bought on Amazon. It´s perfect and very practical and you can use it in your stove, to make grills even when it’s raining. You can use this grill to cook pancakes and eggs or grill chicken and steak. Absolutely amazing!!!

Generally, I like to buy steak at least 1-inch thick, as it makes for ore a handsome presentation. For this recipe, I buy top sirloin steak because this steak is great for grilling. After buying your steak place it in your refrigerator, uncovered, on a plate lined with a few paper towels until you are ready to prepare it. This will help remove any excess moisture and will also help intensify the flavor of your steak.
1st You need to season the steak with the old and fashioned salt and pepper.
2nd Let’s drizzle the steak with olive oil.
3rd Turn on the grill and heat until it’s very hot (about 2 /4 minutes, depending on your grill).
4th You want to create a crispy crust on the outside that adds a ton of flavor to your steak. Cook three minutes per side.
5th Rest the steaks for 5 minutes before serving.
