- Add cottage cheese, peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla, and salt to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container. Freeze for 3–4 hours.
- Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before scooping.
