Ingredients
- 3.5 ounces chicken breast
- 1 lime juice
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large ziplock bag.
- Add chicken to the bag and place the closed ziplock bag in a large bowl and put in the fridge.
- Marinade for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium. Drop the temperature down to medium-low and place chicken on the grill and cook for 5-8 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Recipe Notes
I do not add any extra salt to my chicken marinade because salt will dry the chicken out. ALWAYS salt the chicken AFTER you grill it to ensure. It will need a good bit of salt after it is done.
