  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper

Instructions
  1. In a bowl season the ground beef with salt, cayenne pepper, sweet paprika, and cumin.
  2. Put a large saucepan over a medium heat with the olive oil, onion, garlic, parsley, chili pepper, coriander, and ground beef. Let it brown and drain well.
  3. Add the tomatoes and chicken broast, breaking them up with the wooden spoon, season well and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer until thickened.
  4. Finally add the bell peppers and red kidney bens.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes, or until all the liquid has evaporated and the meat has browned.
  6. Drizzle wth cheese and it is ready to serve.
