Chili is one of my favorite meals for the colder days and it becomes my perfect comfort food.
I love to make my own seasonings because it tastes so much better and I love to feed my family with natural products. You can play seasoning as you like. You can add more chili powder or cumin adjust to your personal taste.
My two boys just love to eat chili. This is a versatile meal, You can serve chili with rice, for a winter dinner, or with tacos, if it is a hot day.
This is a perfect meal to fridge the leftovers and you can eat it when you come home late from work. It’s very easy to freeze it. When the chili is completely cold, pour into a freezer gallon bag, press all the air out of it, and then seal closed. The chili can store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
