This homemade grilled burger is the best low carb, keto, healthy and flavorful recipe you ever saw. And it´s sooo easy to make!!!
If you are tired of those burgers from fast food restaurants, well you are in the right place. As a mother, my children are always asking me: “Mom, when are we going to eat burger?!” A few years ago, I pick up my car and drive with them to one of those fast food restaurants. But now, I don’t need to do that anymore, because I find my own way to make a perfect and juicy burger.
You know how I like quick and easy recipes that turn a simple meal into a dinner or lunch full of flavor. With these keto burgers, I can get all of this because they are really, really simple to make.
With only a few ingredients that probably you already have in your kitchen, you can make the juiciest, amazing burger. Usually, burgers are made with breadcrumbs. But I don’t use them and they have the same consistent and became very juicy too.
It’s also very important to buy meat with some fat. I grill these burgers and it is important to avoid that they get to dry using meat with little fat.
This is what you need to make a perfect homemade burger:
Ground beef
Dijon mustard
Black pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Egg
Salt
Shredded mozzarella
I made a video for you, explaining how to make this keto burger. You can watch it down below.
I serve these burgers with kale. But for my kids I made pasta with tomatoes and grated carrot.
I made this lovely, tender, juicy low carb burgers in the last weekend and I double the recipe because I wanted to freeze some of them for later. Freeze them individually on wax paper. Once they’re frozen you can stack them and store them. So on a lazy day, I have an almost ready meal.
Try this recipe and let me know if you like it!
