This low carb pizza dough it’s keto-friendly, gluten-free, grain-free, and quickly becomes the holy grail of low-carb crusts.
All my family just loves pizza. It´s our favorite meal for a Sunday dinner which we make often. But I have a problem: my old pizza dough recipe wasn´t low carb neither keto friendly. So, how can I miss these indulgent pizza nights?
This time I wanted a low carb dough and I’ve made a search of low carb crust pizza. The recipe I’m going to teach you is my version of low carb pizza crust.
It’s very simple to make. First, you put the dry ingredients in a food processor. In this step, you won’t need to turn the food processor on. You just mix them with a wooden spoon. Then add all your wet ingredients, turn the machine on and wait until the machine has turned them into a smooth dough. This can take a couple of minutes, so be patient!
This dough is enough for two pizza bases with 20 centimeters each.
For the tomato sauce, I use Marinara Tomato Sauce which is simply the best tomato sauce. You can get the recipe here.
All the toppings you put on your pizza are totally optional. For this pizza, I chose bacon, mozzarella, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and arugula. These are my children favorite pizza toppings.
And the most amazing is that with this crispy dough all family can eat pizza. My children now prefer this to regular pizza.
